Semifreddo is kind of vaniglia scent Palfait wz tosted 3 type of nuts and toffie.

We serve it wz Balsamico reduction (marinated wz Cinamon & Starchis) ,home made

marinated Apricot and Berries. This dessert goes well wz our Dessert wine from Newzealand.
