It is getting bit warmer (excuse me today is bloody cold..) in Tokyo recently.
Near our location Akasaka has been busy by New location called SACUS.
Last couple weeks there are heaps people on the street beacuse of Cherry blossom.
Anyway, I am going to show you our Special Pasta "Ravioli" work process.
Raviolli contain Spinacci & Scalopps wz garlic oil.
To serve wz Sicilian Cherry Tomato & Bloccolini and Vongole(clams).
